2-day Leadership Training

What we'll do

Teach classroom-style fundamentals

The content can be customized to your unique business-case, but at its core will cover three essentials: people management, KPIs, and continuous improvement. This training is intended for positions such as team-leads or supervisors who are themselves leading direct contributors.

We'll take your team through 4 three-hour sessions across two days covering these topics with materials and exercises to take back and apply in the workspace. Optimally would be on-site at your place of operation, but other accommodations can be secured as needed.

Facilitate group learning and rapport

Part of this is an opportunity for you as a leader to engage with and communicate into your leadership underneath you. You will sit with and learn alongside them, and your role will be to cast vision for how the principles I am teaching can be applied practically at your operation.

Have fun and break the monotony

Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided, all the legwork will be done by me, so you and your team can relax, learn, and connect. I try to keep a light, collaborative environment with plenty of engagement and funny anecdotes. No droning on and on about the content, your people will not be bored.
