Focus on you and the unique goals and obstacles you're facing.

You're the expert of what you're doing, my role is to get insights, ideas, and clarity out of yourself you wouldn't normally be able to access.

Stretch and challenge you.

These sessions will be fun and engaging, but should also be time for you to deconstruct your assumptions, current plans and goals, and get honest feedback in a safe but rigorous environment.

Establish concrete actions to engage with in between sessions.

We want results, right? So we'll establish or update actions we've discussed, track progress, and measure results.

Meet in-person, if convenient, or over Zoom.

I'm a believer in face-to-face connection. I'd love to meet in-person if that is possible and do so with some regularity in between zoom sessions. I want to take in all forms of communication including nonverbal.

Clarity and direction

Our work together will help bring focus and attention to you and what you need to spend your energy on. Verbally processing with a professional helps you gain a clear view of your situation that you may be struggling to find by yourself.

Practical and pragmatic insight

I take a no-nonsense approach in my coaching, using a tutoring and development methodology to help you understand not just what you should focus on, but why. My goal is for you to leave each session with something new to utilize in your progression toward your goals.

Confidence and mastery

With concrete actions in your belt and clear directions to move toward, you will gain a renewed confidence and sense of mastery over your goals and progress.

Personal connection and networking

It is healthy for us to connect with others, especially if we can center around a common interest or purpose. Connection is also vital to the health of your business and endeavors as networking is one of the most pivotal activities an entrepreneur can undertake. If I know I'm not the right person to walk with you through a particular project, challenge, or goal, then I will find someone in my ever-growing network who is.
