What we'll do

Talk to your people

This is the primary purpose of the health check. As a leader of an organization, knowing where your people are at and how they are doing can be difficult, especially if this is your first time managing personnel or you've recently had rapid growth or change. I'll have conversations with several of your key players throughout your organization and through qualitative interviewing help you build a picture of the health of your people.

Review your operation

The fundamentals of business are important, yet challenging to keep track of and maintain mastery over. I'll ask you to walk me through certain aspects of your operation, such as training documentation, financials, business plans, the organization and documentation of your process etc. This review is designed to find gaps between where you are and where you want to go on a functional, practical level.

Valuable insight that may have been hidden

For various reasons, people within an organization may be unwilling or unable to raise their concerns about the work they are doing with you or with each other. Problems can boil under the surface until they erupt as things like employee turnover, dissatisfaction, or lower quality and delivery of your product or service. Having a professional elicit that information from the employees before it has a chance to burst is invaluable. Additionally, the good things that are happening can also go unseen, the focus isn't only on the negative and we want to celebrate and repeat victories!

Strengthened integrity and next steps

This review is ultimately a futureproofing of your passion. Structural issues that could cripple your growth will be identified and next steps and actions will be incorporated into ongoing coaching to ensure follow through.
